This is the release you accept before using the corresponding feature. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and read together with our Risk Disclosure.
Auto-trade lets Phosphor X place validated signals on your connected account automatically, without approving each one first. It is entirely optional and you can turn it off at any time. Before you arm it, please read and accept the following.
Auto-trade is an optional software automation. While you have it armed, it places Phosphor X’s validated signals on the brokerage account YOU have connected, using the position size, daily-loss, and per-day limits YOU set. It runs only while you choose to leave it armed.
It is entirely at your discretion whether auto-trade is on or off. You can disarm it at any time, and you set and can change the risk limits that govern it. You remain responsible for your account and for monitoring the activity on it.
This is a trade automation you switch on and configure — it is NOT copy trading, mirror trading, a managed account, or a pooled fund. Crypto Melodies LLC and Phosphor X do not take custody of, control, or manage your account or funds, and do not exercise discretionary authority over your account beyond the automation you have armed and configured.
The signals and the automation are generated by algorithmic and AI / machine-learning models. Those models can be wrong, incomplete, or delayed, and can produce losing trades. No signal, model, or automation is guaranteed to be accurate or profitable.
Trading leveraged instruments — including forex and CFDs — carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Automated execution can place orders quickly and repeatedly. You can lose some or all of your capital. Hypothetical and past performance do not predict future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use auto-trade at your own risk, and you release and hold harmless Crypto Melodies LLC, Phosphor X, and their operators from any losses, damages, or claims arising out of auto-trade execution, any signal or model error, any technical or connectivity failure, any action of your broker, or market conditions. Nothing here waives any liability that cannot be waived by law.
By accepting, you confirm you have read and understood this waiver. Your acceptance — with the date, time, and identifying information such as your IP address — is recorded as your acknowledgment.
