Phosphor X gives you trade signals and lets you approve or deny each one. When you approve a signal, an order is placed on the brokerage account you have connected. Before you use approve / deny, please read and accept the following.
Phosphor X is a signal service. It shares trade ideas (“signals”) and lets you approve or deny each one. When you approve a signal, an order is placed on the brokerage account YOU have connected, using the risk limits YOU set. Nothing is placed unless you approve it.
Phosphor X does not manage your account, does not have discretionary authority over it, does not take custody of your funds, and does not trade on your behalf. Every order is the result of your own decision to approve a specific signal. This is not copy trading, mirror trading, a managed account, or a pooled fund.
Signals are generated by algorithmic and AI / machine-learning models. Those models can be wrong, incomplete, or delayed, and can produce losing trades. No signal is a guarantee, a personal recommendation to trade, or a promise of profit.
Trading leveraged instruments — including forex and CFDs — carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Hypothetical and past performance do not predict future results.
You decide whether to approve or deny each signal. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your account, your relationship with your broker, and your risk settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use the signal service at your own risk, and you release and hold harmless Crypto Melodies LLC, Phosphor X, and their operators from any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the signals, any signal or model error, any technical or connectivity failure, any action of your broker, or market conditions. Nothing here waives any liability that cannot be waived by law.
By accepting, you confirm you have read and understood this acknowledgment. Your acceptance — with the date, time, and identifying information such as your IP address — is recorded as your acknowledgment.
